New:    DOOMIPX3 now works with DOOM 1.666.

What is DOOMIPX, how does it work:  DOOMIPX is a minimal implementation of
        the IPX protocol; it contains only calls required for DOOM to
        communicate with other nodes.  DOOMIPX converts IPXSendPacket to
        NETBIOS Send Datagram and IPXListenForPacket to NETBIOS Receive
        Datagram, allowing DOOM to run on a NETBIOS network such as  
        Lantastic.

What is the difference between DOOMIPX.COM, DOOMIPX2.COM, and DOOMIPX3.COM:  
        The Send Datagram portions of DOOMIPX and DOOMIPX2 programs are the 
        same, but the Receive Datagram portions are a little different.  
        Through limited testing, I think DOOMIPX2 is a little quicker.
        DOOMIPX3 is a modified version of DOOMIPX2 with the Send Datagram
        portion modified to allow it to work with DOOM 1.666 (the other two
        work only with DOOM 1.2).

Note:  If you have problems with this program and wish to leave me E-Mail
       then write a detailed and complete description of the problem.
       Include information about the machines you are using -- CPU type,
       clock speed, memory size, ethernet card type, etc.  Plus, tell me
       what kind of network software you are using.  If you are using
       Lantastic tell me what version of AILANBIO you are using.  Also,
       tell me what version of DOOM you are running and if any patches
       to it have been made.  This way I may be able to fix the problem
       in the shortest time.

To install, simply type DOOMIPX n (n = 1-4 and is unique to the workstation)
