UniVBE(tm) - Distribution Licensing Information                  18 August 1994

If you are the author of a shareware or commercial application and wish
to distribute a LICENSED copy of the Universal VESA VBE with your package,
you must purchase a Software License Agreement from SciTech Software. The
following conditions must also be met:

a) If any reference to the program is made in your user documentation,
   reference to the fact that the program is Copyright (C) 1993-1994 SciTech
   Software MUST be made.

b) The files LICENSE.DOC, COPYRIGHT and this file MUST be distributed along
   with the program in electronic form.

c) You may not distribute modified versions of the program, but only
   official licensed versions provided by SciTech software.

Please also note that distribution of the Shareware Version of UniVBE may
only be through the normal shareware distribution channels as a single
package. You MAY NOT bundle shareware copies of UniVBE with your products.
If your product is Shareware or Freeware, you can contact SciTech Software
and obtain a free Shareware Distribution License to bundle shareware copies
of UniVBE along with Shareware or Freeware copies of your products, but you
MUST first obtain permission to do so.

Also note that we have a special cut down version of UniVBE for distribution
in Shareware and Freeware packages to save on space.
