When you come across problems using Qoole, we recommend that you
first consult the user manual and the Quake editing documents that
are on the Qoole CDROM.  For questions such as how to make elevators
or teleporters, please look over the tutorials and the Quake Map
Specs.

For questions regarding the error messages from QBSP/LIGHT/VIS,
please refer to the problem listings from QuakeLab.  We are also
setting up a technical support Web page on the Qoole Web site at
http://www.qoole.com.  It will answer many of the questions that
people ask.  These are very helpful resources that will solve most
common problems.

If you still have problems after consulting these resources, you may
send your questions via e-mail to 'support@qoole.com'.  Since we only
provide limited technical support, please refrain from sending us
maps and asking us to fix them for you.  We really don't have the
time to debug everyone's Quake maps.
