agp isnt a chipset, its a bus type. like pci and such, what it has to offer
is a direct path to system ram and the processor, bypassing the main pci
bus and running at the processors clock speed (i think, correct me if i'm
wrong on this point).

voodoo2 will still be a 3dfx chipset, but it'll more likey then not be an
agp board (altho it'll come in pci variety as well).
