Dunno if qoole is any good at launching quake 2 since i never use that
feature, but the really nice this is taht if u use the export bsp feature
it automatically puts the compiles bsp in the /maps dir and sets up all the
texture stuff for ya :). so all ya need to do is pull down the console and
type 'map suckylevel' and boom! :)

and ya, there's a couple of mods out, but nothing really worth mentioning.
