Subject: Registration Woes


Does anyone know how the web-based registration works?  Is it automatic or
does someone actually process it at the other end?

I registered two days ago and still have not recieved my software key.  I'm
wondering if this is normal (i.e. are they backlogged with registrations --
that would be cool :) or if something went wrong in the process (I didn't
get any errors, though).
