Well, it's true you need a fast machine to make it work. But it's always
worked for me... So if it might not work for them, perhaps they need
to do it properly :P

And who cares what it's called if it finds the leak?

Compiling a BSP takes like no time for Quake2 with qbsp3. If you're
not doing vis/rad it doesn't even take very long on a 486DX50 (I've
done it). 300 brushes on a DX50 took me less than a minute to compile,
most people have much more machine than that (hell, look at the
minimum reqs for Quake/QuakeII...)

I didn't say it was a wonderful method for finding leaks, but since
it's the only way to find them at the moment, what are you gonna
do?
