Yes, I've had this problem too. Although there wasn't a leak on the level, it made a brush so
that you just fell through it as you walked over it. Nasty problem.

I have recently been having tons of errors with the QBSP included
with WinQoole 2.07 (TreeBsp) like reading water as a solid, making 
brushes that you fall through and not telling me when theres a leak...
Just to warn everybody to go back to the QBSP that came with 1.999-2.0
