I had this problem in v1.99x (I haven't tried this in the newer versions). I
held the left mouse button to move the edge/point/whatever, and then clicked
and held the right mouse button, then let go of the left mouse button, then
let go of the right mouse button. Like this: LMB down, RMB down, LMB up, RMB
up. Qoole just left the brush as it was. I don't know if this completely
messes up your level though, so try it on a test level. Please don't yell at
me if this turns out to be either bad or file-corrupting advice :(.
