Subject: Re: Qoole CD. Whats this restrictive license agreement???

     I agree.
I'm a proud, registered user of Qoole.

Does this mean I can't publish anything I make with Qoole?

Maybe I am not reading this right. Please explaing this restrictive
     license agreement in full detail.

Just received my Qoole CD rom! Looks great, package is great. Went
to install - Surprise! There has been a restrictive license agreement
added to the CD!

Imagine my surprise at this added bit. Whats up with this? I can't make
levels, using my own textures, my own prefabs, my own entities with
your editor for my game without another license?

What would make you put this there?

Imagine the disdain people would have if microsoft had put this kind of
thing
into word. Or if Nissan included it with their trucks. Or sears craftsmen
tools:
"Commercial use of this wrench is prohibited".

Please remove this ill-conceived licensing agreement from an otherwise
fine product.

Best regards,
Jaimi McEntire
