defenitly TeamFortress then... some good link for that are

http://www.teamfortress.com/
http://www.planetquake.com/teamfortress/
http://www.warzone.com/tfnewbies/ ... has all the maps and files you
need to start
and for TF map making...
http://www.lockandload.com/tfconsole/

you see, TF is more than juz CTF.. cuz of the extensive entities, you
can make any kinda startegic game you want... while most TF center
around CTF, they is "take your flag to thier base" levels(ironfort),
"take your flagS, which you have several, to 8 COmmand Points around the
map to enable team specfic and strategiclly placed power ups.. and of
course gain points" (canalzone).. theirs even a protect the president
from assassins" level (The hunted)

TF allows you to play 9 different classes.. eaach with thier own unique
skill set...
SCOUT, SNIPER, SOLDIER, DEOMOLITIONS MAN, MEDIC, HEAVY WEAPONS GUY,
PYROMANIAC, SPY, or ENGINEER.... check it out.. you'll be floored Im
sure.. its the only quake I play =)
