Basicly there are two (or more) brushes occuping the same space, it was 
probably caused by you coping a brush and then not moving it, thus it is now 
in the same place as the original.

I know this is not the place but if you can get hold of Quest, it will load 
a MAP level and will automatically remove these duplicates for you, you can 
then save the MAP, reload into Qoole and continue to edit it.   The only 
other way to do it is to delete each brush until you find the duplicate, then 
reload your level and delete the duplicate brush.   However if you have more 
than one duplicate brush, then this is going to take you a while to clear.
