I've been running a www discussion board (which was unfortunately reset
during a domain name change) called qooleBoard.  You can get to it in the
Quake area of http://www.digitalos.com

I frequently answer questions there.  It will also use a cookie to show you
only new messages and even chosen messages via search criteria--user
configurable.
