1.  The code being passed around lately, is a newer code.  Not the Free
Willy one that had been going around.

2.  Matt can't do that to the program (legally neither can the company that
makes CDRWin), unless he puts a disclaimer in the program saying during
intial run that it will screw with your system, and the user accepts this.
Otherwise, it is considered as a trojan horse virus, which is prosecutable
in Berne convention countries.  In the US, the latest law (that I've heard)
is a minimum 1 year in prison, it is a federal crime, and may have
associated fines as well.  The program deleting itself however would
probably not fall into this category (self-modifying code).

3.  If an actual user entered the code incorrectly and it messed with the
system (ie. an accident situation) then Qoole will probably lose its
userbase.
