Edge, face and vertex manipulation can get slow at times, but a significant
facotr in this poor performance can be becuase of the user. The more
brushes there are in a group, the slower the manipulation becomes. The
trick is to use the grouping feature of Qoole, and then scope down into a
group to do you rmanipulation there. That way, Qoole does not have to do
so much processing. I don't know the full story on it, but if Qoole is
redrawing the whole display every time you move your vertex/edge/face then
that could add up to a whole lotta processing if you've not used the grouping
facility.

If you are using the grouping facility, then I don't know what might be
causing the slow down. However, if you are not using the grouping facility,
then your have your reason right there. Try it and see, it really does
make a world of difference. Its not the main reason for using the grouping
facility, but it is a damn good one.

I hope this helps you.

MoonGlum.

P.S. As to those concave brush warnings. Are you using an older version of
Qoole? It use to be a problem with the older versions, but since 2.19
onwards it has been fine (in my experience).
