I know how to make Cin's ALMOST ANYWAY, In theory  you need to find a
program called QDATA.exe to compile the CIN, to run a CIN type at the
CONSOLE MAP ID1.CIN or what ever Anyway there is an Intro this guy did with
the batmobile, It says in the readme, with the cin file (it's 4 meg) how to
make the file. It's a very Tricky porcess as the wav has to play either The
same or SHORTER THAN te Animation otherwise the ANIM LOCKS UP.
