Which program is better at finding leaks (QERadiant or Quark)???

And how do  you use the better one to find leaks?? I have Quark (haven't
used it) but I don't know how to find the leaks. I have two in my map, the
way it looks in Qoole, but I couldn't find them in the areas I narrowed
them down to.

Can someone describe how to use one of these to find leaks??
