NT uses more memory, period. It's a necessary result of being a more
mature OS based on the same model.

BeOS uses less memory, because it's built on a new model.

Linux uses varying amount of memory based on what you're running.

95 is pretty stupid, and it doesn't do much, so it can be small even
though it's build inefficiently.
