I got to solve this problem.  
I copied the files QBSP3, QRAD3 and QVIS3 for the \baseq2 directory. 
Firstly I generate the MAP file in the directory where Qoole is
installed (c:\Qoole231)  and I use a batch file that I created for,
automatically, to copy the file MAP for the \baseq2,  to execute
qbsp3, qvis3 and qrad3 and, soon after, to copy the file BSP for the
\baseq2\map dir.  Now it is everything working perfectly.
