Subject: illegal operation question

when i export bsp for my map I get an application error that says
"The instruction at 00464bcd referenced memory at ffffffff
The memory could not be read from"

And then I get the illegal operation pop-up so I have to close qoole...
What does all that mean and how do you get around it?

I have version 2 so the editors are up to date.
