I haven't had that happen yet. I think I'm having a leak problem with
CSG subtract with a water brush, but that's not quite the same issue.

Anyhow, I have a map where I have a cylindrical hole in the floor, which
is more or less hottub-sized :) and to fill it with water I made a
rectangular brush that surrounds the bottom of the cylinder. works
fine. And I'm using glquake, with a FireGL...
