 yup you would cause the origanal art was made by 3drealms..but at the end of
 the day - you will not be selling your map will you?, or it will not be oing
 someplace where the map will be to malke profit?... ist pure a simply for you
 and friends to enjoy playing quake... am I right?. If your that worried about
 it then i would suggest that you go and eail 3dreals and explain the
 importance of using there textures.. and see whta they have to say about it..
 
 I know it can be done, casue i downlaoded a DUKE3d map once with all
 textrres.. but that was in the eraly days before i became a map maker :)
