Yah, I've reported this to bugs@qoole.com

Everytime you 'export to BSP' Qoole grabs a chunk of RAM
and doesn't release it. This obviously builds up quite
quickly if you like to compile a lot as you build your
level. Closing Qoole down every so often and restarting
it releases the memory again (under NT anyway).
