Subject:  Huh?

I've got this peculiar problem... with a normal Q1 map.

The compiled map does not look like in the editor, some brushes are
"shifted" a few pixels. Anyone else had this?
The map has a leak, can this cause the misalignment of the brushes? (very
strange bug in qbsp if it did)

The leak in question is a standard one, I have no clue where it is. :-/
The pointfile is aboiut 1.2Mb in size, not fun trying to find the leak
using that.
When compiling (qbsp) it reports "reached occupant: blabla-coordinate".
At this coordinate there is a light, and if I remove it, it just picks
another light, seemingly random.

Help, I'm going mad!!!!
