Quake textures things based on their relative position in the world. So,
for something such as multiple wall brushes, where they meet, the textures
will line up properly.

However, for something such as a crate or table, you specifically set the
textures offsets so it looks proper. When you move it around, you want the
texture to stay "locked", and not be based on its relative position. So
this requires changing the texture offsets of every side of every brush
involved in the object, each time it is moved.

This is where the "texture lock" feature comes in. If you turn it on, and
move an object around, Qoole will automatically adjust the texture offsets
of all the sides of all the brushes, so that the texture appears to "lock"
in place as it is moved around.
