locked are not entirely possible yet. I believe that unless the object you
want prefab'd is at the world origin point when saved, the object will load
back with the textures all screwed up. I have been informed by Mr. Ayres
that this is a known issue. I for one hope it is fixed, so that elaborate
prefab libraries may be constructed.
