Subject: using Quake 2 as a virtual environment for non-gaming application

This might sound a little strange to many of you,
but I'm thinking of using Qoole & Quake 2 to design
several "civilian" applications. Houses, hotels, roads,
bridges, etc ...

The Quake 2 engine is quite hot, especially the lightning
with 3D cards, and movements are almost realtime. Thus
allowing "spectators" to walk thru models as if they were there.

The combination Quake 2 & 3D helmet (like the virtual IO-glasses or the
Forte VFX helmet) has the power to create quite stunning effects.

Anyone here who can follow me ? :-)

Regards,

Walter
