If you would like a refund, that is not a problem, simply email
sales@qoole.com.

We did not write qbsp, light and vis. They sometimes generate errors that
don't matter to the compilation of your map. Sometimes they're errors
generated by how the user created the map, generally leaks. And sometimes
Qoole isn't perfect at compiling a map that makes qbsp 100% happy.

A good portion of the time it does the job right. We're working to fix the
leak problems that Qoole sometimes generates. Be sure you're using the
latest official release version. Right now that would be v2.31. If you'd
like, you can try out the latest test version, which is now available at
http://wolf.lithium.com. It's v2.33, however may exhibit other problems at
this time.

We've spent a lot of time on this product, and we plan to continue spending
time on it to make it better for users. If you don't like it, that's fine,
and we'll do what we can in the future to prevent others from disliking it.
