	The only way I can see you doing this legally.  Is either by
running your own "maps" archive,  with a certain upload policy/agreement.
Or by gaining rights from someone elses archive.  Either way,  it is still
a very sticky,  legal mess.  Make sure you know what you are getting into
before you start replicating CD's left and right.
