Subject: Is there a FAQ? Is there a medium-to-quick vis parameter?

Where can i find the  FAQ for this mailing list?

One thing that's being talked about is minimal and maximum compile
parameters for bsp, vis and rad. Is there a sort of average compile for vis,
one which produces a level that is reasonable in speed but pleasing on
compile time - we all know the pain.
