First Scope down until you have the brush that you want to manipulate.
then click on Tex Props.  In the 3d window choose textured so you can see
what it looks like.  Now by clicking next and prev you can choose which
surface you want to work on it will high light the surface with a yellow
outline.  You can move the texture left and right and up and down by
adjusting the x and y alignment, and you can make the texture bigger and
smaller by using the X and Y scale feature, also you can rotate the texture
with the rotate box.
