The only difference between Quake shareware and the registered version is a
huge (34mb I think) file called pak0.pak or pak1.pak   Quake full has both
pak0.pak and pak1.pak, whereas the shareware version only has one of them (I
forget which one's which).  So it's useless trying to get the full version
with the shareware version, - you need that big file, which basically
contains the whole game in itself (the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th episodes)
