I have placed 2 small scripts in the server direcotory, one called
"clearpass.cfg", and the other "setpass.cfg".

The clearpass.cfg contains something like
password ""
and the setpass.cfg contains something like
password "veryverysecret"

For convenience, in the server.cfg i define 2 aliases:
alias setpass "exec setpass.cfg"
alias clearpass "exec clearpass.cfg"

and now, I can type
rcon clearpass
and
rcon setpass
to clear and set the pass.

Dunno if there is an easier way.
